In addition to the installation of aluminium, copper, steel and compound pipes, the installation of surface-mounted switches/sockets, the installation of components on walls such as motion detectors or lights, the installation of cable ducts or cable trays, fischer’s wide range also offers products for fire protection and the necessary foaming of elements.

Usual process flow in the area of electrical installation

1st stage: Determination of the loads to be lifted and identification of the mounting surface, e.g. cable/pipelines with dimensions and weights, as well as the rail construction with the resulting additional loads.

Second stage: Selection and, if necessary, calculation of the rail construction, the wall elements or the fastening point.

3rd step: Compilation & installation of the required application solutions from fischer.

Universal installation mortar with high flexibility for concrete and masonry

Advantages:

The FIS VL is approved for use in cracked concrete and masonry and achieves a high load capacity there.

The temperature resistance of the FIS VL injection mortar from -40 °C to +120 °C enables a solid load level even with high temperature requirements and thus increases flexibility in processing.

The injection mortar based on vinyl ester resin enables anchoring in concrete in the water-filled borehole and thus ensures rapid progress.

With approved system components such as FIS An anchor rods, internally threaded anchors and injection anchor sleeves for fastening in concrete and masonry, the hybrid system offers many application options for fastening electrical installations indoors and outdoors.
