Maximum flexibility anytime, anywhere!
When planning factories, production facilities or similar buildings, their life cycle is already taken into consideration in the planning process. In industrial manufacturing, the trend is towards ever shorter production cycles.
Flexible and adaptable installations are therefore a necessity in the factory of the future. In general, the adaptability of a modular factory through optimal interaction between operating processes and factory equipment is the success factor. Investments in new buildings are made in particular when the life expectancy is correspondingly high and the building meets the requirements of the expected life cycles.
The fischer installation grid enables the workstations to be easily converted for media supply, as the level of equipment supply moves closer to the manufacturing level. This also supports concepts such as Plug & Produce, synergistic factory planning and operational factory planning. Due to its adaptability and architecture orientation, the installation grid is an effective and flexible solution.

Allows media connections to be attached at any point in buildings.
The need for conversion over the life cycle is an indicator of the cost-effectiveness of the installation grid (see diagram below). The installation grid already shows its systematic superiority with fewer than two position changes (change) of the connected machines/workstations. This means that, despite the higher property costs for the fischer installation grid, the conversion process costs are significantly reduced and thus also the total costs over the life cycle.

This gives us 55% time savings in our drilling operations

The anchor offers flush installation and therefore requires little space between the grid and the hall ceiling

The girder clamp is the optimal fixing solution to steel structures without welding or drilling

Allows easy and time-saving creation of an installation grid.
Design is analogous to mounting rails with maximum deflection L/200.
