Advantages

The roof hook offers several adjustment elements: the lower vertical adjustment allows the hook to be adapted to different thicknesses of tiles and ventilation layers; the lower allows adjustment to the thickness of the brick, the vertical adjustment element at the top allows adjustment of the distance between the profile and the top of the brick. The upper adjustment option allows the profile to be aligned parallel to the eaves / ridge

The stainless steel hook RH HB A2 is suitable for the installation of photovoltaic systems on pitched roofs with roof tiles of different thicknesses. The lower adjustment position allows the roof hook to be adapted to different tile thicknesses. The upper adjustment position allows the distance of the profile from the top of the roof tile to be adjusted. The shape of the hook enables safe load transfer without damaging the roof tile.

Functionality

Determine the center distance of the roof hooks according to the snow and wind loads on site and set the position depending on the supporting structure and system layout.
Lift the roof tile and attach the base plate of the hook to the substructure.
Make the necessary height and width adjustments and tighten the screws on the adjustable joints to secure the hook in position.
Grind the top brick to the shape of the hook and put it back in position.
Attach the profiles to the hook using the special connection.
