Pre-assembled clamps PM C and PM F
PM is the pre-assembled clamp for PV panels with aluminium frame. Available in the PM F end clamp or PM C central clamp variants. The PM clamp is available in different variants depending on the thickness of the PV panel. PM features a hammer nut with a special plastic cage to facilitate positioning of the nut inside the central groove of the rail. The spring keeps the clamp raised until it is tightened to facilitate positioning of the PV panel.
PM C is used as central clamp, PM F is used as final clamp.
Thanks to the spring, the PM pre-assembled clamps stay raised before the fastening, making the PV panels positioning phase easier.
Thanks to the plastic element, the clamp clamp stays in position without slipping.

Properties
PM C and PM F clamps in AW 6060 T66 aluminium alloy in accordance with EN 755-2:2013.
A2.70 stainless steel Allen screw in accordance with EN ISO 3506-1 /2:2009.
FCN AL hammer head nut in AW 6060 T66 aluminium alloy in accordance with EN 755-2:2013 and grey nylon PA6.
Please note: any oxidation stains are considered characteristic of aluminium. This in no way impairs the functionality of the product and is not covered by the warranty.
Black anodized products may shows little scratches due to packaging and transport.

Functionality
Identify the PV panel thickness and choose the suitable clamp.
Insert the hammer head nut of the PM pre-assembled clamp into the rail and turn it 90° clockwise.
