The SensorNode is the intelligent transmission unit of the fischer Construction Monitoring system. It collects measurement data from compatible sensor solutions such as SensorBolt or SensorDisc and transmits the data wirelessly to the cloud. The data is stored, visualized and made available for further analysis. With continuous transmission, the SensorNode enables location-independent monitoring of safety-relevant connections and structures. The SensorNode provides maximum transparency, increased operational safety and efficient structural health monitoring.

Functionality

The SensorNode features a dedicated bayonet lock that allows it to be securely attached to the fastening elements of the fischer Construction Monitoring products, ensuring reliable and durable fixation.
It reads measurement data from the integrated sensors contactlessly via NFC.
The collected data is transmitted via LoRaWAN with a range of up to 3 km in open field to the nearest gateway.
The gateway then forwards the data to the cloud.
Within the fischer Construction Monitoring platform, the data is stored, visualized and documented.
The SensorNode thus enables continuous and traceable condition monitoring of safety-relevant connections and structures.
