The stainless steel concrete screw guarantees a high level of corrosion resistance especially for wet rooms and external applications.
Thanks to the special saw-tooth geometry, the thread flanks cut deep into the concrete and enable higher tensile and shear forces.
The Europena Technical Approval (ETA) Option 1 includes the use in cracked and non-cracked concrete for highest safety requirements. The UltraCut FBS II 6 R is approved for multiple use of non-load bearing systems and thereby ideal for the installation of pipre routes and prestressed hollow concrete ceilings.
The approved product for seismic performance category C1 allows use in earthquake zones and increases the flexibility of the fields of application.
The approved adjustment for the concrete screws allows the screw to be unscrewed twice for a total of 20 mm, to place maximum 10 mm packing below the base plate head or to align the attached part, and then to tighten the screw again.
The underhead fluting prevents unintentional loosening of the concrete screw and ensures greater grip during installation and secure fastening.
The expansion-free anchorage (undercut) ensures low edge and axial spacings.

The European Technical Assessment for cracked and non-cracked concrete as well as for seismic loads and the fire suitability for fire resistance class R 120 guarantee additional safety. The saw-tooth geometry enables quick and energy-saving installation. The expansion-free anchorage (undercut) ensures low edge and axial spacings.

Functionality

The UltraCut FBS II 6 R is suitable for pre-positioned and push-through installation.
A tangential impact wrench with a suitable socket is recommended for installation.
Correct installation of the screw is ensured when the screw head is in contact with the mounting part so that the screw can no longer be screwed in any further (visual setting check).
