Concrete screw FBS 5 US

The fischer concrete screw FBS 5 US is made of zinc-plated steel with a hexagonal head and pressed washer. The FBS 5 US is perfectly designed for applications like fixings of channel systems, surface-mounted sockets, or electrical installations and plumbing in general, as well as in DIY. When the concrete screw is screwed into the drill hole the thread flanks cut deep into the concrete, therefore ensuring load-bearing capacity. The low drilling effort saves time during the installation. The recommended loads for cracked concrete and non-cracked concrete as well as the suitability in masonry, like solid sand-lime bricks and classification into fire resistance class R 120 guarantee safety.

Functionality

The concrete screw FBS 5 US is recommended for the push-through installation.
We recommend using with a cordless screw driver, a tangential impact screwdriver with a suitable impact screwdriver socket, or a cordless screwdriver or manual installation by hand.
Drill hole cleaning is necessary.
The screw is installed correctly when the screw head sits flush on the fixture and cannot be screwed in deeper (visual setting control).
