The fixed hook for tiled roofs

Advantages

The accessories for connecting to the Solar rails are already included in the package.
The wider base plate with ø9 mm holes makes connection with the supporting structure easy.
The GT hooks are available in two heights (130 and 150 mm) for full compatibility with all types of tiles and with the centre distances of the supporting structure.

GT is the AISI 304 stainless steel hook for building structures for photovoltaic systems on tiled roofs with ventilation strip. The wide base plate makes it easy to engage the load-bearing part of the support in case of discontinuous structures. Screws for connection to the profile are supplied.

Properties

X5CrNi 18-10 stainless steel hook in accordance with EN 10088-2:2005.
Class A2-70 stainless steel bolts in accordance with EN ISO 3506-1/2:2010.

Functionality

Determine the centre distance of the hooks according to the snow and wind loads in the installation area.
Identify the position of the hooks according to the load-bearing structure and the layout of the system.
Lift the tile and fix the hook using the appropriate anchor determined according to the type and layers of the load-bearing support.
