RH AL aluminium hook is suitable for building photovoltaic system structures on pitched roofs with tiles and ventilation strips of variable thickness. The lower adjustment element allows to adapt the hook to different tile and ventilation strip thicknesses. The upper adjustment position allows to adjust the distance of the rail from the top of the tile. The shape of the hook is designed to withstand the snow and wind loads required by law without touching the tile.

Properties

Hook in aluminum alloy AW 6060 T6 and AW 6082 T6 in accordance with EN 2:2016.
Class A2-70 stainless steel bolts in accordance with EN ISO 3506-1/2:2010.

Functionality

Determine the centre distance of the hooks according to the snow and wind loads in the installation area and determine the position according to the load-bearing structure and system layout.
Lift the tile and secure the base of the hook using the appropriate anchor determined according to the type and layers of the load-bearing support.
Make the height and width adjustments required by the type of roofing and tighten the screws of the adjustable joints to lock the hook in position.
Fix the SolarLight or SolarFish rails to the hook through the special connection.
