Aluminium hook with fixed base for the installation of photovoltaic systems on tiled roofs without ventilation strip.

RH AL is the aluminium hook for building structures for photovoltaic systems on roof tiles without ventilation strip. The upper adjustment allows to adjust the distance of the rail from the top of the tile.The adjustment on the top of the hook allows to horizontally adjust the rail. The shape of the hook is designed to withstand the snow and wind loads required by law without touching the tile.

Properties

Hook in Aluminium alloy AW 6060 T6 and AW 6082 T6 in accordance with EN 2:2016.
Please note: any oxidation stains are considered characteristic of aluminium. This in no way impairs the functionality of the product and is not covered by the warranty.

Functionality

Determine the centre distance of the hooks according to the snow and wind loads in the installation area and the position according to the load-bearing structure and system layout.
Lift the tile and secure the base of the hook using the appropriate anchor determined according to the type and layers of the load-bearing support.
Make the height adjustments required by the type of roofing and tighten the screws of the adjustable joints to lock the hook in position.
Insert the joint on the top of the hook inside the side groove of the rail used. The joint can be rotated to adapt to SolarFish H33 or SolarFish H44 rails.
