The fischer Panel Bond System is an ETA approved adhesive system for bonding facade panels to a substructure (tested according to EAD 250005-00-0606). It enables the invisible fastening of particularly thin facade panels, thus ensuring not only material cost savings but also an elegant and attractive appearance for the building. The fischer Panel Bond System was specially developed for the direct bonding of facade panels to substructures on the construction site. It can also be used as part of factory prefabrication to bond mechanical fasteners to the back of the facade panels. Factory prefabrication offers the advantage of controlled environmental conditions and, depending on the manufacturing process, can eliminate the need for Panel Bond Tape. Furthermore, fischer Panel Bond PU is suitable for a wide variety of stress-equalizing bonds in the construction industry or for applications in industry and transport. Not suitable for bonding to PE, PP, and PTFE. Suitability for bonding plastics susceptible to stress cracking, such as PMMA, ABS, PC, or PS, must be ensured through substrate-specific tests. Not suitable for bonding with permanent UV radiation on the bond joint.
