Screwless fastening to the roof

Designed for PV panels on pitched tile roofs with ventilation layer of variable thicknesses, CH AL clamp hook can be fastly mounted without screws fastened on the load-bearing structure. The peculiar clamp installation allows to easily installing it without fastening points on the roof structure.

Multiple adjustments
The lower adjustment allows to adapt the hook to different thicknesses of tiles and ventilation layers; the vertical adjustment allows to record the distance of the rail from the top of the tile.
PV panels layout customization
The layout of the panels is customizable: the hook allows installations with both portrait and landscape orientation, thanks to the use of the optional LAB landscape angle bracket.
Ready to be mounted
The hook is pre-assembled and ready to be mounted without the need for additional accessories. No screws are needed for fastening the hook to the load-bearing structure.
Load-bearing structure connection
The can be optionally connected to the load-bearing structure thanks to the additional RAB reinforcement angle bracket.

Multiple adjustments available

1- Vertical adjustment

It allows to record the distance of the rail from the top of the tile.

2- Lower adjustment

It allows to adapt the hook to different thicknesses of tiles and ventilation layers.

LAB AL landscape angle bracket

PV panels layout customization

The landscape angle bracket LAB allows to customize the PV panels layout: by adding the bracket to hooks with vertical adjustment, it is possible to provide landscape orientated installation.

The bracket design perfectly fits the hook shape and helps keeping the screw in position while fastening the nut.

RAB AL reinforcement bracket

Load-bearing structure connection

The RAB bracket is an optional accessory that allows the CH AL hook to be connected to the load-bearing structure through a lateral knurling.

Its installation is fast, thanks to the screwless connection to the hook, and easy: only one screw is needed for the connection to the load-bearing structure.

The lateral knurling matches the hook knurling and allows an adjustable positioning, adapting to variable ventilation layer thicknesses.
