The complete range for pitched roofs
with tiles or slates covering

The fischer range for fastening photovoltaic systems on pitched roofs with tiles or slates allows the installation of modules on roofs with or without ventilation strips, thanks to a complete range of hooks and screws.

The aluminium hooks are designed to be lightweight and resistant. Their high load capacity allows to increase the distances and reduce the number of fixings needed. Designed to have a controlled deformation and avoid damage to the roof, the hooks are made of high-performance aluminum, a feature that makes them light to be carried on the roof and resistant to atmospheric agents.

The stainless steel hooks are designed for a convenient installation and for reduced need of grinding of the tile.

The double thread screws with sealing gasket allow a direct and convenient fixing and are ideal for pitched roofs covered with non-removable tiles. The installation involves drilling the covering, fixing the screws and mounting the rails through special brackets. Sealant is then applied to the drilling points to improve waterproofing.

The new SOLARPANEL-FIX design software

SOLARPANEL-FIX is an Online module of the FiXperience Suite for the design of mounting systems for photovoltaic panels: it supports professionals in the design of the photovoltaic substructure through a clear and logical flow.

The software allows to automatically calculate the actions of snow and wind loads through the geolocation of the construction site, according to the requirements of the European Standard EN 1991 (Eurocode 1). In addition, it allows to download the bill of materials to create the substructure, the installation plan and a technical report. The latter outlines the structural checks of the system parts, according to the European Standards EN 1993 (Eurocode 3), EN 1999 (Eurocode 9) and according to fischer specifications.
