The HEINRICH KIPP WERK is a manufacturer in the field of clamping technology, standard elements and control parts, with 400 employees in 50 countries. Due to the high level of production depth, standard elements, assemblies and individual parts can be implemented as special solutions. Since 2017 March KIPP has been expanding its spatial capacities and expanding its logistics and production areas in Sulz am Neckar to ensure further productivity.
Our products impress the client with their good price-performance ratio as well as the simple application, which guarantees rapid construction progress.

The reinforced concrete bodyshell with trapezoidal sheet metal roof and the sandwich cladding have already been completed. Interior fittings are currently being carried out. Secure fastening and routing of the media lines is a particularly high priority here. Pipes, cable trays, ventilation ducts and supporting structures are installed below the ceiling and on the upper wall area. The installers at Sülze Kopf GmbH use fischer installation systems for this purpose. “Our products impress the client with their good price-performance ratio as well as the simple application, which guarantees rapid construction progress,” reports fischer application engineer Ralf Ehlert, who is also in charge of the project. “We also score points with competent advice and support.” The services range from the preparatory work in the planning phase to the contribution of static measurements and CAD details to on-site construction site support. Fischer also provides a construction site container for the temporary storage of its products.
The Fischer universal rail system FUS is used for medium-heavy loads and the Fischer heavy-duty rail system F-SL for heavy loads. The modularity of the fisher rail system FUS and the quick push-through installation simplify and speed up installation. System components such as connecting and construction parts snap into place in the base elements by simply turning and inserting them. Corresponding pipe clamps enable easy and fast installation of heating and cooling pipes, including fixed point constructions. The galvanised version of the fischer FUS rail system is suitable for the interior of the KIPP production hall. However, the fastening specialist generally also provides variants made of fully hot-dip galvanised and stainless steel for other applications.
The F-SL heavy-duty system from Fischer meets the highest demands for heavy loads and overcomes long distances when anchoring to the supporting structure, the reinforced concrete skeleton structure. The advantages are the static load-bearing capacity and the rigidity against torsion (rotation of the loaded body). In addition, the F-SL heavy-duty system from fischer enables a short assembly time, infinitely variable positioning of the add-on parts and combination with the FUS universal rail system from fischer. Galvanically galvanised or hot-dip galvanised system components protected against corrosion as well as the variety of variants for optimum load handling ensure a wide range of applications.

With the fischer installation systems, pipes, ventilation ducts, cable trays and much more can be secured safely, economically and user-friendly in the new KIPP plant. In this way, the products help to make the building and production machines usable and bring them to life through intelligent technology.
